Q. How long does it take to preserve my flowers?
A. Our flower preservation procedure normally takes 4 to 8 weeks.
Q. Can I include other things inside the piece?
A. Yes! you can include almost anything inside the resin piece, we’ve done pieces with lockets, rings, and photos just to name a few.
Q. Can I include custom logos, names, or monograms?
A. Yes, we design and cut our own vinyl stickers. Vinyl size and design will never be an issue, Oh and it’s absolutely free with every flower preservation project.
Q. Can I choose custom shapes?
A. Almost all of our resin flower preservation pieces are poured on custom molds that we make ourselves, any shape would be possible for us. If the shape you want is not being offered at our regular catalog kindly contact us for your custom order.
Q. Does it come with a box?
A. Yes, each piece comes with a box and our signature packaging. Our sample unboxing video can be found here.
Q. Are all pieces handmade?
A. Yes, all pieces are hand-made, some slight imperfections may be present in the piece. These are one of a kind pieces, no two are the same.
Q. How fragile is the item?
A. Resin is a type of polymer which can be considered as a very tough and durable material. each piece on average is heavy and while it may not break, the piece is still be prone to some damage in an event that it falls to the ground.
Q. How do I take care and clean the piece?
A. We recommend to clean the piece with dishwashing soap or any mild soap, air dry or wipe the piece with microfiber to avoid any abrasions. Avoid displaying the piece in direct sunlight as well.
Q. How long does it last?
A. We consider resin art piece as a lifetime keepsake compared to other flower preservation techniques. However, discoloration may happen overtime.
Q. How do I prepare the flowers for shipment?
A. Detailed instructions will be sent once your order has been confirmed.
Q. What are your payment options?
A. For your convenience, we have multiple payment options for you to choose from. For direct deposits and bank transfers we accept thru our BDO and Metrobank accounts, online we accept payments paid via major credit cards, PayPal, Paymaya, Gcash, Grabpay, and we also accept payments facilitated over 7eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier.
Q. How will it be shipped to me?
A. All flower preservation pieces will be properly packed and shipped to you using our standard shipping method, or may be picked up personally at our partner store in Manila and Baguio (certain conditions may apply).
Q. What other pieces can you make?
A. Apart from flower preservations, we make resin art pieces, memorial pieces, bridal bouquet preservation, fashion accessories, commemorative pieces, and pretty much any other thing. Resin is merely a medium for us and the client’s request as well as our imagination is the only limit to what we can create.
